As CEO and CFO of Qualita’ Wellness, S.A.S., he has been an entrepreneur in the fields of Finance, Construction Management as well as Real Estate Developments. He has had extensive international experience throughout the world and presently owns and manages Corporations in Colombia, Mexico, United States, England, South Africa, Hong Kong, and in the Caribbean Islands.
His field of expertise focuses on Developments and on the Financial Systems allowing him to control over 200 Million dollars in properties and related financial instruments. He represents the President and the Main Financial Controller and guarantor for Qualita’ Wellness’s Venture.
Mr. Tartaglia holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from Northeastern University (1987-89) and a BSBA with a Finance Major from Boston University (1981-85).
Hernan Navia Lopez

As COO - Chief Agronomist - Mr. Navia Lopez is widely recognized as the industry’s highly responsible leader of specialized growing practices.
Having grown up working in his family’s two hundred hectars greenhouse complex, he possesses a lifetime of horticultural knowledge encompassing large-scale commercial greenhouse production, large commercial landscape projects, and extensive knowledge of commercial farming practices.
He understands the intricacies of industrial gardening and mindfully uses that experience to grow the highest quality cannabis with an eye toward honoring, protecting and improving genetics.
Paolo Cavalsassi

As Chief of Business Developments of Qualita’ Wellness SAS, Group Commercial Director of Celli Group, previously Director of World Wide Enterprise & Partner Group for Microsoft Corporation and World Wide Latin America VP for Microsoft Enterprise Emerging Technologies. His extensive knowledge of IT Procedures and Marketing skills and strategies, position him in the top leaders of his industry.
Through his present work in the cannabis industry, he is forming a national and international IP exchange to include the development of competitive licensing, brand distribution & protection with a laser-focus on economic development in urban and rural opportunity zones worldwide.
Mr. Cavalsassi holds a BS BA in Marketing and Business Administration from Universita’ Degli Studi di Roma Tre, Rome, Italy.
